The details you should know...

In Uniform truly is a members driven organisation. The more members we have, and the more each of those members use our supplier network the more bargaining power we will have. Our fuel discounts are based on our combined total usage. The more we use the cheaper it gets!!

Please remember we have suppliers in many different specialist areas, and most regions of New Zealand. Please search our supplier database before you buy anything. In Uniform New Zealand could save you thousands of dollars each year! Members who support our supplier network will save on a huge range of everyday goods and services.

We have negotiated exclusive offers for, and on behalf of, our members. When you sign up to In Uniform you will have access to a full list of these offers. 24 hour telephone and text support will help you find a supplier within our network who can meet your needs. You will also have access to many one-off savings and deals. Members will be able to access our ‘Garage Sale Online’ retail outlet for even more ways to save.

Best of all we guarantee you will save more than the cost of your membership! If your discounts do not exceed your account maintenance fees we will happily refund you the difference, up to 100% of your maintenance fee.

Fuel

Save a minimum of 4 ½ cents per litre every time you fill up

No coupons, no minimum shopping spend, just fill up and swipe your In Uniform “Fuel+ Rewards” card and SAVE more than is offered as a standard discount through the coupons system! Your "In Uniform Fuel+ Rewards" card is a fully functioning fuel card offering an automatically generated discount on all SHELL Network fuel and oil products. We have negotiated discounts based on the combined total of fuel we use. Get you work mates to join up and we all save - EVEN MORE. We will show you our total fuel consumption so you know how close to the next discount volume point we are. For piece of mind, your card will work at any fuel retailer in New Zealand, however your discount is with Shell. Your fuel purchases will be invoiced to the Primary cardholder.

24 Roadside Rescue

Discounts & Rewards

Save on thousands of everyday items

Some of our supply partners have opted to simply offer you a discount on purchases. The discount may be across the board or may vary by item or amount. Each supplier is different and the barcodes on your card will assist them in determining your discount. Suppliers must still provide excellent customer and after sales service. Some of our suppliers offer you enhanced rewards – they may already run an in-house rewards program offering, for example, 1 point for every dollar spent, using your In Uniform card will earn you added points (e.g. 1.5 points per dollar) and/or bonus points. You will need to meet the terms and conditions of their in-house program to be eligible for rewards.

Professional and other suppliers may opt for an introductory offer or add on deal. (e.g. first consultation free of charge or $500 off your second purchase).

Online Sales - Garage Sale

Catering to our supplier network and a variety of wholesalers the ‘Garage Sale’ aspect of our website will offer goods for sale directly from the site. Many of these items will be:

end of line goods
marked down items
previous seasons stock
sample stock
cosmetically damaged items
seconds
goods listed by other members

All at hugely marked down prices – exclusive to members. Simply purchase your items online and they will be shipped directly to your home. All items sold by our supplier network or directly through our website are covered by the consumer guarantees act. Please note the shipping times and cost added to goods when purchasing from our website. Some items will be dispatched directly from a wholesale outlet – in these cases any warranty or other claims will be handled by In Uniform New Zealand

If you normally work or volunteer “In Uniform” you may be eligible to sign up to this members only buying group. We draw our members from the following qualifying organisations within New Zealand:

The immediate families of these people are also eligible to join as family members or as members in their own right. Spouses & children over the age of 16, living at the same address may join under the primary card. Children over the age of 18 may join in their own right.

How Do I Join?

You can sign up the either the “Fuel + Rewards” or “Rewards+” options. Acceptance is guaranteed for the Rewards+ card if you work for one of our qualifying organisations. To join In Uniform simply CLICK HERE and complete the online application. To make the most of our network sign up for the Fuel+ Rewards card. Complete the same online registration, select fuel card and submit your application. We will make contact with you to arrange your full Fuel + Rewards card application.

Your cards will be personalised and dispatched directly to your contact address. Although your name is embossed into the card there is NO reference to which qualifying organisation you work for or your position within any organisation.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is No sign up or joining fee. Your only costs are your account maintenance fees. You have two options when joining In Uniform:

1. Your investment for full membership – “Fuel + Rewards Card” is $44.95 paid as $3.75 + GST per month added to your account (pay nothing up front). This entitles you to fuel discounts at all Shell outlets nationwide, a road side rescue service, as well as discounts from all of our supplier network and online sales.

2. Our “Rewards + card” account holders can access our supplier network and our online sales but can NOT access fuel savings or other exclusive “Fuel+ Rewards” deals. Your investment for the “Rewards + card” is $44.95 per annum paid annually, quarterly or two monthly. Some of our qualifying organisations may restrict access to the Fuel+ Rewards option due to existing sponsorship agreements. If this is the case for you - Please choose the Rewards+ option and protect your organisation and those essential sponsorship deals.

It is important to remember In Uniform offer a 100% money back guarantee for both cards. If you do not save more than the value of your membership fees we will happily refund you the difference.

To protect our membership privileges we do not list suppliers on our public website. Details of our network are available to members by logging in to the site. Once you log on you can browse by name, category, region, post code, etc. Members can find local suppliers through our 24 hour Helpdesk, through text messaging or by searching our website. Even when you are travelling simply text to find the nearest discount provider. If you need more information on our supplier network before signing up just contact us for details.

Our Supplier Network is divided into three tares – all as important as each other.

National Retail and Service Providers

Nationally recognized chain stores and service providers who offer a reward, discount or offer exclusive to our members. This includes a negotiated discount on every litre of Fuel from Shell Oil (NZ), using your In Uniform Card.

Regional Providers

Regional suppliers who can fill niche markets around New Zealand not covered by our national providers and still offer a benefit to members.

Member Providers

Many of our members are qualified and have registered businesses of their own. These members will be invited to join and offer their service to all members in their region.

All of our suppliers agree to terms and conditions of supply and are monitored for quality of supply. Members have the opportunity to place feedback on suppliers. Suppliers must maintain 98% positive feedback to be invited back to the scheme. Members may also nominate new suppliers, who we will vet, approach and negotiate with for the benefit of all members
